Join this immersive Sound Bath and Meditation Journey with Shir and Reenat, professional sound alchemists who will guide you through a transformative voyage beyond space and time. Allow the healing vibrations of shamanic drums, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other sacred instruments to wash over you and bring your body and mind into deep harmony. In this unique experience, you’ll also have the opportunity to float in one of eight aerial yoga hammocks, surrendering to the gentle embrace of weightlessness as the sounds flow around you. (Hammocks are available on a first-come, first-served basis.) You’re also welcome to relax comfortably on a yoga mat on the floor. Bring along your favorite blanket, pillow, or even a teddy bear—anything that helps you feel cozy and supported on this journey of sound, stillness, and inner peace.
